Ah, so Pricing Tables create Checkout Sessions, and it looks like Canadian PAD don't yet support Subscriptions with Checkout Sessions:
https://docs.stripe.com/payments/acss-debit/accept-a-payment?platform=web&payment-ui=stripe-hosted#:~:text=subscriptions are not yet supported in Checkout
so I believe this is an expected limitation. I'd recommend contacting the email addresses provided via the Contact us link in the box to the right of that section beside Subscription mode to see if this is something that is available.
