Stripe doesn't send email in test mode. Is this in test mode?

Could you share the Payment Intent ID (pi_xxx) that you expected the refund email to be sent, so that I can look into it further?

I searched this ID and there's no PaymentIntent matching it.

the paymentIntent ID you mean the order payment ID or refund payment ID
