If a user is making transaction through a credit card, debit card or any banking service. Can we get transactions history of that bank account or credit card. The general transactions even made out of our platform.

Not exactly. But, you could list all payment intents from a specific customer: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/list#list_payment_intents-customer. From there you could examine the payment method used for each to see if it matches the ones you're looking for

I want transaction history of account, thourgh which he made payment on my platform? Not just using stripe, but all the transaction history he has made through that bank account or credit card.
