Okie thank you. It looks like you are purchasing from a merchant, which is Stripe user, and your bank doesn't see anything come through?
correct, the bank is stating they only recived one authorization. They fully unlocked my debit card for international transactions. After that 0 authorizations have been reaching the bank. So stripe is blocking my payment and not authorizing the debit card.
When I contacted support they stated because im a customer they can not help me.
Thanks for sharing! I'm afraid we are not able to help here as well as this channel is for developers and technical integration questions. I'd recommend reaching out to your merchant and have them writing in to Support with your payment information such as Payment Intent ID (pi_xxx). This Payment Intent ID is only available to the merchant. Stripe is only able to look into it further with this ID and share further information with the merchant.
I provided my debit card number. They stated they only support vendors not customers. The vendor states they are unable to assist because they do not take customers debit cards. All transactions are processed by Stripe.
When you make a payment with a merchant, the merchant should have a payment history with Stripe using Payment Intent ID (pi_xxx). We aren't able to provide further insights other than the merchant writing to Stripe Support with the Payment Intent ID
all it says is error processing order, because stripe has my payment method blocked there is no authorization attempt
so there is a no transID to provide because there is no transaction being attempted to be made
If the payment was indeed blocked by Stripe, there would be a Payment Intent ID (pi_xxx) sending from the merchant to request for authorisation from the issuing bank. This Payment Intent ID is the transaction ID between the Stripe and the merchant, not with the issuing bank.
As mentioned earlier, without the merchant writing to Support with this Payment Intent ID, there is nothing much we can do here
You should still be able to look up what the holdup is via my full debit card number, you are the processor
