Yeah that is what is confusing. The logs show the "successful" upload with the request ids I shared. After upload, the status on the page of the screenshot shows up initially as "Processing" before flipping over to "Error" which we see in the screenshot

Hmm yeah sorry I'm not sure nor am I familiar with this at all as we just focus on the API, I do think you are going to be best off reaching out to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login about this.
