I cannot offer any help on pricing but I can answer API and technical questions.
US Bank Transfer is a push based payment method where you create a virtual bank account and the customer pushes funds to it from their bank
ACH Direct Debit is a normal pull-based payment method where you request funds from the customer's bank and they provide it if the transaction is approved
Both only apply to US based customers
