No you can't force the amount microdeposits -- those are only used as a fallback. This is described in: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/ach-direct-debit/accept-a-payment?web-or-mobile=web&payments-ui-type=direct-api#web-verify-with-microdeposits

You can't

You don't control which method is used.

The descriptor method is used with priority and then the amount method is used as a fallback

and in order to use the descriptor method I call setupIntent.verifyMicrodeposits with a setDescriptorCode in the params?
