Could you please provide some concrete example of your use case ?
not sure, what you mean? Basically we want to use upsells (when user clicks button on next page and he do not need to enter his payment details one more time).
and we do this with Stripe checkout session implementation.
But we also want to have options for users to pay via klarna.
i can sent a screenshare video if that would help better to understand.
You mean use saved PaymentMethods on Stripe Checkout for example ?

You can use payment_method_options[card][setup_future_usage] just for the card payment method type: https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-payment_method_options-card-setup_future_usage
