Could you share the use case why you wouldn't like to stop the first invoice from created? Subscription schedule will always create the first invoice once the subscription starts

Actually we need to migrate subscriptions to stripe panel which are already active. So we are passing current date in the first phase and setting end date as the next billing date.

So the payments are already been taken before the next billing date period. So we don't want to take the first invoice to be created as we have already taken payment.

this the the subscription, here we have passed the next billing date in first phase start date

But instead we want to pass the actual date of subscription in subscription starts and next billing according to the migration orders next billing date.
