Just to clarify I am working on getting the actual amount after stripe fees, taxes, etc on a connected account

You need to use the Stripe-Account header to make the request on the connected account. It works the same way as when you created the Checkout Session or PaymentLink.
Look at https://stripe.com/docs/connect/authentication#stripe-account-header for example code
