Hey there, we can't really help with decline/auth rates, you should contact support if you suspect something is not behaving as expected with specific customer payments. https://support.stripe.com/contact
That said, if you do have integration shaped questions, I can definitely help you take a look.
For example, the legacy orders API is quite old and did not support 3DSv2 etc.
eg, there's a different between authentication and other declines and it could depend on your payment flow.
