you would create a new Price object, and then update the existing Subscription with the next price. this is explained here: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/upgrade-downgrade

Yep I've seen that, however I have to create new products

Can I upgrade or downgrade between products?

sure, you can reuse the same Product or create a new once. that won't change anything.
