This is indeed strange! The decline should have happened for AUD 5.05. Still checking the issue

I'm unable to find out why the amount didn't decline the payment like other Visa test card. Can I suggest you writing to Support https://support.stripe.com/contact with the Payment Intent ID and the issue, so that we can check with relevant team?
