As far as I know, external account status would only be changed to errored if the payout to the external account fails. Otherwise it should stay in verified status even if you block it via the dashboard,
Ok so its strictly platform controls through the dashboard. and we will only know something is wrong with the EA whenthe payout eventually fails, flipping the status to errored ?
I think so.. We don't know much about this since blocking an EA is dashboard specific feature and we don't know a ton about dashboard flows.
