Gotcha. Does the API or ff that Rubeus mentioned have an actual name I could mention? just trying my best to get through to the agent but looks like it's flying over his head 😦

I don't, sorry. We don't discuss beta/private features on Discord. I don't even think what Rubeus said exists. But really the next step will be to work with our support team for 1:1 help. Ask them to escalate you to a specialist instead. But we can't help with this here I'm sorry
