This is how our countries look like in live mode:
They do look ok in test mode.
Here I'm trying to connect in test mode:
The country is stuck on US, seemingly because the account is created as US by default.
The goal is that the customer can choose whatever business location we allow in our Onboarding options.

This is happening because you're requesting capabilities. When this is done without specifying a country, your platform country is used by default in order to calculate requirements for the account.
