No need to create payment intent if you're doing subscription
When setting up elements, make sure to put it in subscription mode: https://docs.stripe.com/elements/express-checkout-element/accept-a-payment#set-up-elements
Then in this step, instead of creating a payment intent, you should create a subscription: https://docs.stripe.com/elements/express-checkout-element/accept-a-payment#create-pi
