Right, but the invoice is now uncollectable. Do I need to create a new invoice?
What do you call "uncollectable" exactly? Can you share an exact Invoice for me to look at?
the invoice status is set to Uncollectible in_1Q3LyS2cVr3o40jiDFb9pzGw
Gotcha, but it can still be paid in that case so you can get your end customer back on your app and have them pay that Invoice
