Do you have an example Payment Intent you've created? But yes, most local PMs only support specific PMs. If you're setting currency: 'inr' then we will filter out those PMs that don't support INR: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/payment-methods/integration-options#payment-method-availability
Pretty sure INR only supports card payments today
I am looking to achieve where as per selection of user country it should load local payment methods
But patment should happen in one currency only
That's not possible today I'm afraid
Currency is the key factor when determining available payment methods. If you're charging in INR then customer locations is irrelevant and only card payments are supported
do we have someother application instripe by using that I can achieve my usecase
Nope
can I use stripe checkout to achieve this??
No, the currency limitations I shared earlier apply to all payments across all surfaces
I saw stripe checkout documentation and on selection of country it does changes payment methods. https://checkout.stripe.dev/preview
How exactly its working??
Preview some of the features available in our prebuilt, hosted payment page.
Because it's changing the currency to the local currency of the customer country you select
but how does its doing that??
