It's really up to you whether to set up a single Product with multiple Prices or have a 1:1 relationship between Products and Prices
If you decide to use multiple Products and Prices, the different Product names will show up on the Invoice. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as long as the names are clear, e.g. you can have a "Starter Package" Product and a "Starter Package - Usage" Product
