Yeah that CHeckout Session indeed is being created on a Connected Account.
So really it's as I stated previously -- you'll need to reach out to our Support team about this.

Yes you can feel free to mention that, however I am not sure what the concern is here as we don't handle anything with account-specific issues so I'd recommend asking them for clarity on why you are receiving this communication when you are already using Connect.
