How to handle retry SEPA failed payment? like stripe provided for credit card

As you already know, Stripe doesn't support SEPA retries out of the box. You can write your own retry logic using the API based on how you've integrated SEPA debits (like if you're using it with invoicing, billing etc)
You can check this doc to understand the failure codes - https://docs.stripe.com/payments/sepa-debit#failed-payments and write your own retry logic based on the explanation provided
