We want to enable anonymous checkout session where customer email , is captured in stripe checkout form, from our tests we can see the customer data is only available in checkout.session.completed and not in payment_intent.succeeded.
Yes, customer details collected in Checkout are not persisted on the Payment Intent and associated events

I wonder is it enough to enable premium access only based on webhook event of checkout.session.completed and not wait for payment_intent.succeeded.
