Essentially just when ever a new payment was made and went though I'd liek my webhook to get pinged. This is a webhook I control, not my user. I only want the name and email of the customer.

Yes I would like to have connected accounts. I thought this would be overkill tho as I really only need the emails of the customers.

but I guess for your use-case, it seems you want to build an "extension"-like service which we now provide using Stripe Apps
