yes, I got the email notification when credit card failed
but didn't received when SEPA failed

in test mode you don't receive any emails
I'm using the same email with stripe member as I saw the stripe doc mentions how to test sending email notification on the test mode
and now for credit card failed payment is working fine for me, I got the email as I sen t you the image above

first you need to check your failed payments settings https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic#:~:text=Manage failed payments
