Hi karllekko. It says "Recurring payments are enabled".

My colleague just gave me some more input.

It (PayPal) does not show up when using setup mode.
It only shows up with payment mode.
Maybe there is a difference between express checkout element and regular payment element when it comes to in which mode paypal works.

Is this maybe documented somewhere? 🙂

well the main difference is that for setup mode to work you need recurring payments enabled.

Do I have to enable recurring payments for PayPal for test mode explicitly?
For production I'm sure it's configured.

In Test Mode there's no such option that I can see.

maybe this is a different account than the one who's key you're using?

the easiest way to help is you have a link to the site with the problem/a minimal reproduction so I can see it in my browser and all the code and what keys are used etc.
