@rugged granite do you have more actionable details like the exact error you get or a way to reproduce?

There is no error. in the console or on the page. Just that one "/0" event. Is there something I can post from that, that is helpful?

I just tried and that works totally fine for me. Please share a screenshot of what you see. Maybe you forgot to fill out the address at the bottom?

Also if you haven't already it may be helpful to try this in an incognito mode window to see if the issue may be an interaction with a plugin or something

yeah that's the bug you put 123456 in the address instead of a real address

#

like it's a UI that auto-completes for a real full address so right now it's stuck waiting for you to fix that

#

I agree that the "error state" is not great, wouldn't be hard to warn here that you dropped out of the field too early

rugged granite
#

The postal code?

#

That needs to be a real one?

#

That field is actually line 1 of a full address

#

If you start typing and keep your cursor there, we will suggest a full address to select and that will fill in the rest of the details

#

I tried a more realistic postal code and it seemed to work. This is what that ended up looking like before I clicked submit

Is that on the same payment link? The one from earlier in this thread always asks for a full address from me

rugged granite
#

Yes that's the same link I pasted

Ah right I was still using US as my country. We ask for full address for US but not CA

Got it. Thanks for your help
