If they don't have a website then you collect a product_description for them

In my case I want to use Stripe to transfer money from a business account (company) to a customer. To collect funds you need to have a connected account, so in my case above I need two connected accounts, one connected account for the business and one connected account for the customer so he can receive funds from the company. Is this possible?

Like does the business account charge a different customer?

Okay then the only way to do this is to actually charge the business account and then Transfer from your platform.
You can't Transfer funds between Connected Accounts

And to charge the business account sold, from my dashboard platform, I'm only able to add money from my account platform, there's a way to add money from business bank account ?

No you can't do that directly. You would either need to use Account Debits: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/account-debits or you would charge them as a normal Customer on your platform.

Ok i'm now able to create "charge" to debit connected account to my platform account, so now i have to create a connected account to my customer to send him money ?
