Hi, that depends on your business use case and what you want to track.
If you want to keep all one time purchases from a customer, you should create a customer.
We will store the transaction with customer on our end so we can ref customer to transaction.
But if we dont need to create in Stripe then it saves couple of API calls
If you do not need it, then you do not have to create a customer.
