hello! what specifically isn't rendering? I took a look at our guides / documentations and our examples are rendering fine

Actually, we are using the stripe JS library.

#

It worked hours ago

vapid cosmos
#

the example also uses stripe JS and it's loading fine. What element / component isn't loading for you?

#

e.g. Payment Element? Card Element? Address Element? Embedded Checkout?

#

do you have a link to your site along with test credentials (if required), so that we can take a look?

It's working now

#

thanks

#

seems like a connection issue with the library

vapid cosmos
#

Glad to hear that it's working now!

Thanks Alex. Probably an internet connection on my end?

#

Will it affect if my internet connection is poor?

#

because I received this error earlier

vapid cosmos
#

none of those errors there are related to Stripe JS

hexed arrow
#

oh sorry, we integrate stripe JS elements in salesforce

#

the error there is debug that we've set up if there is an issue loading/rendering the library'

vapid cosmos
#

pretty much yes, if you have a connection error and the Stripe.js can't be loaded, then yes, the Element wouldn't be able to be loaded
