Hi there, yes you can clone the PaymentMethod to the connected account and attach it to a customer in the same connected account. More details can be found here https://docs.stripe.com/connect/direct-charges-multiple-accounts

Currently, all the customers are on the platform account. Is there any way that I don't need to clone the customer to the connected accounts?

No, you can't directly use payment method created on platform to create direct charges on connected account. You can use payment method created on platform for destination charges, but that's for connected accounts of type express or custom.
