I need to create a pay out of band invoice where I need to show connect account details in bill to details. and from address will be the platform account

You would use on_behalf_of: https://docs.stripe.com/api/invoices/create#create_invoice-on_behalf_of to show the Connected Account's details

yes I have tried it but it will show connect account detail in left side of invoice and not in bill to details

Ah the Billed to is based on the Customer object

Not the Connected Account

#

So if you want that to reflect the Connected Account then you would need to create a Customer object with their same data
