Question 3: Is there a way to automatically create products on connected accounts whenever we create them on the main account? For example, similar to how there’s a feature that allows copying products from test mode to live mode, is there something like that for connected accounts?

For question 3: no. You'd need to do this manually as part of your process if you need products/prices to exist on connected account in addition to your platform.
For the first two questions, I can't really speak to dashboard MRR reporting, that's not something I'm deeply familiar with. I'd suggest contact our support team with some examples of usage and what you observe to determine if this is expected: https://support.stripe.com/contact
