hi! per https://support.stripe.com/questions/legal-entity-sharing AFAIK it works
Not sure if i follow it on the guide, but is there something i need to check/enable on the platform account for that to work?
no, it's just built-in
Hmm, the guide says that if i create my first connected account on platform A, then the information needs to be filled in. When i want to create an connected account for Platform B, then i can use KYC to skip most of the input. And that works, and i tested that.
The situation i have here is that i have simple standard Stripe account that is not bound to any platform. When i want to create my first connected account for platform A , i cannot reuse the data in that situation.
maybe that's just not something that's supported then
Any possibility to confirm this 100%?
I don't think you'll really get a good answer since it's an internal feature and not really an explicit flow we document/support internally but you could try a support ticket to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
in any case you as a developer using the API have no control over any of this so there's nothing really to do
