Can you share your account ID, so that I can take a closer look at account? You can find your account ID by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

In https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/connect/accounts/overview, can you try clicking Get started to fill in the necessary information, so that Stripe will know how your platform can be set up for testing purpose

I'd recommend writing to Support https://support.stripe.com/contact with the screenshot of asking for real data, so that they can check it for you. By right, there shouldn't be real data required
