Hi there
hey
Not quite sure I follow. Let me try to break this down
Subscription start: 9/16/24
Customer subscribes at an annual price for the period 9/16/24 - 9/16/25
Fast forward to 2025: you want to charge them on 8/16/25 (a full month before the end of the billing period) for 9/16/25 - 9/16/26?
yeah
No, this isn't currently possible
hmmmm okay
would be using a schedule be a good way to approximate this?
i was thinking of doing it with a schedule, with the first phase having a recurring interval of 11 months, and then the second phase a recurring interval of 1 year
Yes, you could test this out to make sure you omit prorations and ensure the billing cycles are what you want them to be
yep!
