No, this isn't possible. You'll have to create some form/upload mechanism yourself and display this to your users either before or after presenting them with the PaymentElement and confirming the payment

Hm, I recommend checking in with the support team for Data Mapper for Mailchimp. Stripe fees are all related to payments and billing (and Connect) so not sure what part of their solution ends up triggering Stripe fees
