Hello, unfortunately payments in a processing state cannot be cancelled until after the payment has either succeeded or failed. The only way that I know of for handling this is to refund all but one of them if multiple succeed. Our support team may know more but my understanding is that this restriction comes from how ACH itself works so I am not sure how much they can help.
