since this is a destination charge the Stripe fee is paid by the platform and not by the connected account

It seems like your account is on Interchange Plus (IC+) pricing, so the way to view the fees is slightly different: https://docs.stripe.com/reports/fees-reporting

I have one more query, regarding refund for destination charges

#

Assume customer pays $100, then the full amount will be transferred to connected account and then application fee will be deducted, lets say 10%, so final balance for platform account is $10 and connected account it $90

#

Now if customer asks for a $50 refund, what will be flow of the transactions including the stripe fees

Stripe fees are never refunded, but you can choose if you want to reverse the application fee and the transfer:

I don't think there's an extra fee, but the original fees are not refunded.
