Those features are only available to accounts on IC+ pricing, which I would guess you're not

Can you check whether we have enabled IC+ pricing? If not, how can we check this?
Additionally, how can we request from Stripe to enable this? Our organization already has another account where extended authorization is enabled, so we would like to enable that for this account as well.
