Hello! Is that the full error message? Looks like it might have been cut off at "Temporary"
One sec, let's see
Gonna fetch it in the shell instead of using the webpage.
APIConnectionError: Unexpected error communicating with Stripe. If this problem persists,
let us know at support@stripe.com.
(Network error: ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.stripe.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /v1/payment_intents/pi_3PyEO8CoTIfwbn280jHt7oK (Caused by NameResolutionError("<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f8e4b045e90>: Failed to resolve 'api.stripe.com' ([Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution)")))
Everything was working fine just a moment ago. I'm testing some stuff so I dunno if there's a rate limit or something?
That error indicates your DNS server failed to resolve api.stripe.com to an IP address. Without an IP address a connection can't be established. Has anything changed with your DNS setup? Can you try switching to different DNS servers?
Yeah, I thought that was curious. No change that I know of. And going to https://api.stripe.com in my browser works "fine" (Sends an error from Stripe about unrecognized URL, but, it finds the server so to speak)
But..it fails when I use Python to do requests.get('https://api.stripe.com'), so, might be something wrong with my WSL environment ๐
Ah, sounds like it.
