The idea with Link is that it obfuscates away all of this for the PaymentMethod. So you won't see things like brand for a Link PM.

Does stripe store card details like brand, type, billing address for customer who used link while checkout?

If a Card PaymentMethod is created, yes.

If a Link PaymentMethod is created, no.

It depends on the flow for which is the result.

I'd recommend testing out the flow you intend to use.

No, if it is type: link then you won't see the card brand

Because for instance it could be an ACH debit account as the underlying source, not necessarily a card.
