hi! not sure what you mean by "disabling emails" specifically, but I'd imagine we always send those mandate emails. Not sure though.
There is an option to disable sepa mandate emails.
So if these emails are disabled using that option or by reaching out to support.
Still the emails will be sent based on the mandate notification value set
