hi! not sure what you mean by "disabling emails" specifically, but I'd imagine we always send those mandate emails. Not sure though.

There is an option to disable sepa mandate emails.

So if these emails are disabled using that option or by reaching out to support.

you're asking, if I turn off the emails, are the emails still sent? Naturally the expected answer is no they're not. If you see that they are, then maybe open a support ticket with the details so we can investigate!
