@rich rock You can use ExpressCheckoutElement to show ApplePay and GooglePay and disable the rest for example. See https://docs.stripe.com/elements/express-checkout-element/accept-a-payment

We are building our own UI and just want to a confirm button in our UI which open apple pay to complete the payment

There are strict rules from Apple and Google around what you can do, what the button can look like, etc. It's much better to use ExpressCheckoutElement and let us do this for you

ok the button can be yours, i just dont want any other info. I am fine with stripe button

Yeah so ExpressCheckoutElement works. You can configure GooglePay and ApplePay support. You can force payment_method_types: ['card'] to only have card payments which will limit it to ApplePay and GooglePay.
I'd recommend going through the integration guide end to end first!
