To confirm, you're using manual tax rates here and looking to see if you can list by that?
That does not look to be possible, no. What I would suggest instead is consider setting metadata for these invoices and you can use that with the search API.

Hmm, so you're saying that as part of attaching a Stripe Tax Rate to an Invoice, we should also add that Stripe Tax Rate ID to the metadata of the invoice?
