You get this error because you are setting the shipping address from frontend in the confirmation request, but the shipping address is already set from backend using a secret key.

I removed setting the shipping address from backend and the issue has gone, but received other
Payment details were collected through Stripe Elements using automatic payment methods and cannot be confirmed through the API configured with payment_method_types.
