When you say "fee refund" you mean an Application Fee refund?

Depends mostly on what you are doing, but important to use the same terminology so I know exactly what you are talking about.

But I suspect this is what you mean

To get that fee_xxxx you retrieve the Charge on the Connected Account and there is an application_fee property: https://docs.stripe.com/api/charges/object#charge_object-application_fee

If you have the PaymentIntent ID instead of the Charge then you can retrieve the PaymentIntent and expand latest_charge: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/object#payment_intent_object-latest_charge
