Hi there ๐Ÿ‘‹

I don't think the Pricing Table offers what you're describing. It puts all Prices side-by-side rather than having a dropdown of some sort.

Can you share what you're seeing currently and what you would prefer to see instead?

Hello, thanks.

I am seeing the single product I selected (for price Up to 250) with "Up to 250" and "251+" in the quantity selector. I would prefer to have the available tiers (Up to 250, Up to 500, Up to 1000, Up to 1500, Up to 2000) in the quantity selector.

Sorry, I'm not sure what quantity selector you're referring to, can you share a screenshot?

I feel I am using the wrong pricing model and I should have a card per products and 1 product per tier (250 / 500 / 1000 / ...) but I would like to have the best practice confirmation. Also I noted I could have only 4 card and I actually have 5 prices

Oh I see, so that seems to be there to show your customers what the prices would be for up to 250 units, and then beyond that, since your Price has two different structures for quantities around that threshold. It wouldn't be possible to show all of your prices stacked there, since they would have different price structures for the same quantity.

Ok but having a single product with multiple prices is correct? I am also limited by the fact I cannot highlight a single price (as seen in the screenshot) and I cannot not allow cutomers to change to change tiers (also seen in the screenshot)
So it feels I am doing something wrong.

The way the Pricing Table was intended to be used is that it would let you show prices for the same service billed at different intervals. For instance it could show a monthly, quarterly, and yearly option beside each other, so customers can see the benefit of agreeing to longer terms.

I don't think your scenario, where you charge different amounts for the same service and interval, was taken into account when that was designed.

I can't really speak to whether your pricing model is "correct", as that is your business decision to make, but it does seem potentially confusing to let your customers subscribe to different tiers that could result in them being charged different amounts for the same quantity.

I don't think your model is something that will display well in our UIs, and it may require you build your own UI to show these to your customers in the way you're hoping.
