hi! per https://docs.stripe.com/payments/elements/link-authentication-element#retrieving-email-address it should work I think, it explicitly mentions the event is fired when the email is prefilled, as well

Interesting as I've got the change event registered, and when I load the page via refresh I would expect the data to be shown in the console (appreciate that it's not showing in the given code) for the console log

I'd suggest opening a support ticket at https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true with full details like a screen recording of what you're seeing and complete code/link to the site, this feels like it will require more reproduction and digging than we can do on Discord
