hi! that's expected, the connected account only sees the transfer of the funds.

Thanks for the links.
If we enrich the payment with metadata via another API call, could we then also display the customer in the connected account?

Is this a best practice approach?

that's the only approach yes(other that changing to use a Direct Charge model)
